Woke up this morning with this anxious, ugly, feeling again. It continued for about 5 hours, until I talked to myself and realized that I was letting another push my buttons.
No need to wreck my day over it.
I've experienced far too many days over the last 4 years in which I was completely incapable of doing anything rewarding, gratifying, or for that matter, even mundane.
Lesson: A person's true character is revealed by what he does when no one is watching.
